Cosmetic Office Policies

Appointments

Our consultation fee is $150. To ensure availability, please schedule your appointments as far in advance as possible. For new patients, please fill out your paperwork prior to your scheduled appointment. Our providers see new consultation patients in each of our two offices.

Cancellations

Our providers set aside 45 minutes for new consultation appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your consultation deposit.

Fees

The $150 consultation fee will be applied to any service you decide to proceed with. To reserve a surgical time, we ask for a 10% surgical quote deposit which is non-refundable if the surgery is cancelled within 3 weeks of the scheduled date. Exceptions are made for illness or family emergencies.

Billing & Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For insured patients, deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of visit. We ask for a deposit fee when a surgical date is scheduled. Full payment for surgical procedures is due prior to surgery. Financing options are also available.
